It has 3/4 length sleeves with cute pleated fabric, almost the appearance of flat ruffles, at the bottoms of the sleeves, around the neckline, and across the middle of the back (see up close picture. It is the picture where the fabric looks gray ONLY due to the flash going off so close to the jacket).

It is by Persaman and it is a petite large. It is double breasted with side pockets. Perfect for summer evenings or days spent in air conditioning! It measures: shoulder width is 16 3/4", arm length is 19", and jacket length from base of neck to hem is 24 3/4". It is new, with tags.
