Here is a skirt in the ever popular bubble/shirred style! It is by ELAN International and continues to be current season (in boutiques now) as it is a hot item for ELAN. It is available in S, M, and L currently in Black, dark brown and light gray. This listing is for the GRAY (V401).

It is made of a 100% cotton with the exception of the fold over, stretchable, 7.5" wide waistband. It is ankle length (small is approx 35"-35.5" long AFTER the waistband), depending on your height and where you wear the waist/hips. You decide how high or low you would like to wear it at the waist area - some customers have even said they wear it as a strapless dress with/without a belt! Fabric is a light-weight cotton. It is not lined, and done in tiers all the way down the skirt (back matches front exactly). Perfect for the beach, resort wear, and all summer long!

Please order Small, Medium, Large based on what you normally wear.... Hand washable. LOVE IT!

Measures as follows (all while flat. Please double for circumference where appropriate):

Small: Waist is 12" and stretches to 16". Hips 17". Length 42". (from TOP of waistband)
Medium: Waist is 13" and stretches to 18". Hips 18". Length 44" (from TOP of waistband).

Large: Waist is 14" while flat and stretches to 19". Hips approx 20" while flat.
