This dress is made from the soft jersey knit fabric that the entire Frenzii line is made of... It is a Rayon blend and 'oh so comfortable'! It is strapless and has elastic at the waist to help further define it's shape. There is an ultra-feminine ruffle around the entire top / neckline in the front and back. Straighter skirt. Easily able to be dressed up or down! Think anything from beach cover-up, shopping, or dressy dinners out!
