Here is fabulous summer dress by ELAN-USA International. It is current season (in stores now) and available in S, M, and L in a white/gray combination, black / gray, and berry/gray combination (this is for the Berry combo).
What a great idea! It is a 2 sided, reversible (one layer of fabric per color) convertible dress enabling the white to be a true white dress without being see-through. Wear as a tunic over skinny pants, leggings, or bottoms of your choice; or wear one shoulder, halter, etc as a mini-dress, you name it! Belt shown is actually the straps wound around waist. Very short in length.

It is made of a modal jersey fabric (a rayon blend/T-shirt like). Spaghetti strap top with unfinished hemline. Overall it has a loose A-line shape.
Please order based on what you normally wear (Small 2-4, Medium 6-8, Large 10) with some flexibility in size due to cut. There is some stretch in the fabric allowing for flexibility on size. It is mini-skirt length depending on how you wear it... LOVE IT!
