Here is a flattering aqua/light blue skirt by Ellen Tracy. It retailed for $258. All sold out except for the size 2!

It has a simple invisible side zipper closure and is multiple layers of fabric. The top layer is very pleated - front and back are identical. The pleats "loosen" as it gets longer. Almost at the bottom there is a 3" wide decorative cream band that goes all of the way around the skirt. The second layer (the lining) is the same aqua color as the outer pleated fabric. 57% Cotton, 43% Polyester. Lining 100% Cotton.
