Here is a skirt in the ever popular bubble/shirred style! It is by ELAN International and continues to be current season (in boutiques now) as it is a hot skirt for Elan. It is available in S, M, and L in Black, White, Dark Brown. This is for the Black (V407).

It is made of 100% cotton and has a 7.75" wide stretchable, fold-over waistband (folded over in the photo of the black). It is 30" long (measurements are based on the small). You decide how high or low you would like to wear it and wearing the waistband folded over or not..... Skirt is not lined and done in tiers all the way down the skirt (back matches front exactly). Perfect for the beach, resort wear, and all summer long!

Please order Small, Medium, Large based on what you normally wear.... Hand washable. LOVE IT!

Measurements all taken from the middle of the waistband (once folded in 1/2 that will be the top of the waist). These are all while flat, please double for circumference:

Small: Waist 12 " and stretches to 14.5".
Medium: Waist 12.5" and stretches to 15.5"
Large: Waist 13.5" and stretches to 17.25"
